In Search of Board of Directors for Learn2Read Nonprofit

A crucial part of CME’s mission is service to communities.  Toward this aim, we’d like to become an integral contributor to the effort to improve adult literacy.  We have just begun to plan for the creation and formation of a nonprofit organization committed to supporting adult reading programs locally and nationally.  As a part of the planning stage, we would like to form a board of directors of individuals who are interested and committed to the Learn2Read mission and who may also have experience in nonprofit development. 

If you have an interest in working together to form a nonprofit devoted to improving adult literacy in the United States, please submit a statement of interest to me at info@cmesolve.com by March 15^th.  The statement of interest should detail in 300-500 words the reasons why you would like to participate on the board of directors for an adult literacy program.  Also, please send along a resume with your statement of interest.

I look forward to reading statements from all the folks who are as passionate about adult literacy as I am.
